SRHS Wins Gold Circle and Blue Ribbon Award

NH PIE

Earlier this week, Principal Brian M. Stack of Sanborn Regional High School received notification from the New Hampshire Partners in Education organization that our school is being recognized this year with two awards: The Blue Ribbon, and the Gold Circle. New Hampshire Partners in Education works to foster, support, and celebrate volunteer programs in each and every school across the Granite State. This is done by celebrating school-related and volunteer efforts, celebrating business and community partnerships to create bridges between these groups and New Hampshire’s educational community, and celebrating the efforts of individual volunteers.

Mr. Stack had this to say about the awards:

“Sanborn Regional High School has been honored with the blue ribbon award for several years in a row, due in large part to the dedicated volunteers who make our PTO and booster groups an active and vibrant part of our school community. This year’s Gold Circle award recognition comes about due to the school’s extensive partnerships with local business and community leaders, including Plaistow Area Commerce Exchange (PACE).Through these partnerships, our school is able to offer career speaker presentations, job shadows, and internships for our students, all in an effort to promote college and career readiness for the children of our local communities of Fremont, Newton, and Kingston.”

Please join us in thanking all of our volunteers and community partners who make a difference for our students each and every day.
