Lunch Balance Letter

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

The Memorial School main office is excited to be using LobbyGuard for enhanced building security.  LobbyGuard tracks all traffic in the building including staff from other district buildings, visitors, contractors, parents, volunteers, etc.

Students who are tardy or being dismissed will be signed in/out by parents through LobbyGuard.  Therefore, it is mandatory for those dismissing a student to have their driver’s license available to be scanned.  If another adult will be dismissing your child, please instruct them that they must produce a driver’s license for scanning prior to dismissal.  Siblings who do not have a license may not dismiss a student.

LobbyGuard works with national databases to provide instant background checks, providing another level of security for our students and staff.  If you have any questions, please feel free to direct them to the main office.
