All returning students are required to complete these forms by Monday 9/11/23.
Complete the forms by logging into your Alma account at bakie.getalma.com.
If you do not remember your password for Alma, you can click on “forgot password” and it will be reset. Your username follows the structure firstname.lastname.
Here are the instructions for completing the back-to-school forms:

Log into Alma

Click the green round button with your initials on the upper right side of the screen and click Alma Start.

Select a student by clicking on their name.

Click on the circle with the "+" sign in the upper right labeled "Get Started!".

Grades K-2 should select “Daniel J Bakie Elementary”, and Preschool should select "Daniel J Bakie Preschool". Select the School Year “2022-2023 BAKIE SCHOOL YEAR”, and select your child’s grade level from the drop-down menu.

Select “Returning Student Forms” and complete each form.
