This date symbolizes the uniqueness of the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome which causes Down syndrome. Please wear your most colorful, brightest, boldest, or mismatched socks on Monday, March 21st, to show how we are all unique and a valuable part of our school community!

Spring clean to generate some $$ for Memorial School!

During the month of March, search your house and collect clothing, linens & other household textiles, and books to donate to Savers in Plaistow to raise money for our school! Our goal of raising $3,000 can be met with 1154 tall kitchen bags of donations (that's 5 bags per student!). See this flyer for more information and drop-off options.

SAS Assessments at Memorial This Spring

Each year, New Hampshire public schools are required to assess students using a standardized assessment. These statewide assessments are an important part of a student's core educational program and, along with student work, provide teachers and parents with important information about where students are on their path toward academic success. This letter from the NH Department of Education provides detailed information on the assessments including requirements by grade level, exemptions, results, and practice tests. Memorial School students will be taking the SAS assessments this spring (more details to come soon).
